Our classes are designed for those who want to learn about Japanese culture and cuisine through hands-on experience.
The first recipe in our cooking class is
Chirashi sushi. This is a traditional Japanese dish consisting of a bed of sushi rice topped with a variety of seafood, vegetables, and egg. The name "Chirashi" literally means "scattered," and "sushi" refers to the Japanese cuisine of topping vinegared rice with various ingredients. It is tasty and healthy.
