5. Product delivery

It will be delivered in about 6 business days from the date of order arrival.
(Orders during the summer, year-end and New Year holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will take longer than usual.)

6.Cancellation after course application

Please note that cancellations, refunds, and class changes cannot be made after payment has been made.

 

7.About course cancellation and school closure

• Course openingIf the number of participants is not enough, the course may be canceled due to the circumstances of the school.

• There may be unavoidable cancellations due to typhoons or other natural disasters.

8. Regarding returns

We only accept incorrectly shipped, defective, or damaged products.

If we cannot accept your return

• Products for which 7 days or more have passed since the product arrived

• Products that have been opened and used (excluding products for our convenience)

• Products that have been scratched, damaged, or soiled by the customer

• Products whose product packaging (bag, outer box, shrink wrap, etc.) has been lost or damaged

• Other returns due to customer convenience

You can choose from any of the following.

• Credit card: The settlement time varies depending on the card company.

• Payment for the course application must be made 14 days before the start of the course.

• Bank transfer (Please pay at least 14 days before the course starts)
